Step into our demo store, from where you are.

Our live demo store has a full catalogue of clothes and jewellery. Allow your camera, tap a piece to try it on, and ask the stylist anything.

What Ateliq does for a brand

One system for the whole journey, from trend to sale.

Ateliq does more than a smart mirror. It knows what's trending, what to make, who your customers are and what they'll buy next, and it acts on all of it.

In store

Styles every shopper

A full-length mirror and a counter screen where shoppers try your pieces on, ask your stylist anything, and get a photo that looks like a shoot.

Trends

Reads the trends

A weekly trend board for each city, from fashion press and social, combined with what your own shoppers try, ask for and can't find.

Design

Designs what's next

From the gaps in demand (a colour, a cut, an occasion, a price), Ateliq drafts new design concepts in your style. Try them on the mirror before you sample.

Customers

Knows your customers

With each shopper's OK, a style profile: their size, their occasions, what they love and what they nearly bought. The stylist remembers them next visit.

Marketing

Markets on its own

The looks that sell become lookbooks, posts and campaigns. When a piece someone tried is back in their size, Ateliq tells them.

Sales

Sells everywhere

On the floor, with a stylist called over when it helps; at the counter; and online after the visit, with the look waiting on their phone.

The new retail experience

From the rail to the phone, in one visit.

Real screens from Ateliq in our demo store, in the order a shopper meets them. In your stores, the stylist carries your brand's name. No app, no sign-in and no queue for the fitting room.

  1. The mirror greets a shopper: Dressing for something? Scan and I'll style you, with this week's trends in New York
    The mirror

    Steps up

The mirror greets them with this week's trends in your city. They can tap, or just say hello to the stylist by name. Each brand names its own stylist.

  2. Live try-on: the shopper wearing the emerald satin slip dress on the mirror, with the stylist's advice beside her
    The mirror

    Tries it on

One tap and the dress is on them, live, following every move. The stylist answers "does this work?" from your stock.

  3. At the counter: the shopper wearing gold hoop earrings and an emerald drop pendant, photographed with the exact catalogue pieces
    The counter

    Tries jewellery on

Tap the hoops and the pendant, and Ateliq puts the exact pieces on them in a photo, worn the way they really sit.

  4. See it for real: a photo of the shopper in the emerald satin slip dress, made from the catalogue piece
    The mirror

    Sees it for real

A photo of them in the exact piece, with real light and drape, in about half a minute.

  5. The shopper's phone: their style photo from the demo store, with a caption ready to share and the price of the dress
    Their phone

    Takes it home

The photo, the pieces and the prices go to their phone, ready to share. They pay at the counter.

Why it compounds

Every try-on teaches the next collection.

Online stores have always known what people looked at and left behind. Ateliq gives a physical store the same insight, and acts on it.

  1. TrendsWhat's rising in your city this week
  2. DesignConcepts drafted for the gaps in your range
  3. Try-onShoppers wear them, and the pieces you stock, in store
  4. SaleOn the floor, at the counter or later on their phone
  5. InsightWhat was tried, asked for, kept and bought

The insight from each week becomes next week's trend board and the next design brief.

Meet your stylist

Your brand's stylist, on every screen.

The stylist is the face of Ateliq in your store. Shoppers talk to it out loud or by tapping, and it answers in a few sentences, from your stock and in your voice.

Name and voice
It carries the name you choose. On the mirror it can appear as a live, speaking presenter in the look and voice you pick, or as a quiet animated mark.
Personality
You set the tone: warm, expert, playful or understated. It follows your rules on returns, offers and what it may never say.
What it knows
Every piece in this store: sizes, stock, prices and offers today, plus the week's trend board you approved. It only suggests what you can sell.
What it notices
Face shape and skin undertone, read on the screen to suggest metals, earrings and necklines. It never infers race, ethnicity or weight.
What it remembers
Only shoppers who choose to be remembered: their sizes, occasions and what they loved, so the next visit picks up where they left off.
When it steps back
A tap on "Call a stylist" brings someone from your floor team. Payment, fitting and alterations stay with your staff.

From the box to the first sale, we take care of it.

You don't buy screens from one company, software from another and photography from a third. Ateliq arrives as one system and we run it with you.

  1. The screens

A full-length floor mirror and a counter screen, each with a camera, delivered ready to plug in.

  2. Your catalogue

We connect your Shopify store or your product sheet and cut every piece out of your own product photos.

  3. Your stylist

Named by you, it learns your stock, prices, offers and brand voice, and drafts a weekly trend board for your city.

  4. Your store

We set the screens up on the floor, show your team how to use them and put your name on the glass.

  5. Every week after

New stock appears on its own, sold-out pieces drop off, and we keep improving Ateliq with you.

"Tracking runs on this screen and nothing is recorded. A frame is sent only when you ask the stylist about a look."

Shoppers see this line on the glass. A photo is taken only when they ask for one, and it is deleted after 30 minutes.

How a pilot works

One store, measured properly, before you roll out.

Design partners start with a pilot in one to three stores. We agree the measures and a control store with you up front, so the result is yours to judge. A typical pilot runs like this:

  1. Weeks 1–2Your catalogue, liveWe cut out your products, set the stylist's name, voice and rules, and give you a link to try it before anything is installed.
  2. Week 3Screens in storeWe install the mirror, the counter or both, train your team, and stay on call.
  3. Weeks 4–12Run and measureRegular reports show what shoppers tried, asked for and bought, against a matched control store.
  4. Week 12Decide togetherKeep it, change it or stop. If it earns its place, we plan the next stores with you.
What we measure
  • Shoppers who use the screens
  • Try-ons and photos per day
  • Conversion and basket size vs control
  • Units per transaction
  • Looks sent to phones and opt-ins
  • Asked for, not stocked
  • Staff calls from the screen
  • Return visits and follow-up sales
Questions

What brands ask us first.

Short answers to the questions we hear most. For anything else, write to pb@ateliq.co.

What is Ateliq?

Ateliq is a marketing and sales system for fashion and jewellery brands. In the store it runs a full-length mirror and a counter screen where shoppers try pieces on and ask a stylist questions. Behind the glass it reads trends, drafts design concepts from gaps in demand, remembers customers who opt in, and turns the looks that sell into campaigns.

How does virtual try-on work for jewellery?

The live screen follows the shopper with face and body tracking. When the shopper wants to see a piece for real, Ateliq takes one photo and gives an image model the exact catalogue cut-out of each piece, with instructions on how it is worn: earrings through the lobe, chains resting on the collarbones, at real-world size. The shopper's own clothes are kept as they are.

Does Ateliq record shoppers?

No. Tracking runs on the screen itself and nothing is recorded. A photo is taken only when the shopper asks for one, and it is deleted after 30 minutes unless they save it. Ateliq never infers race, ethnicity or weight.

What hardware does a store need?

A portrait screen of 1080 by 1920 for the mirror and a landscape screen of 1920 by 1080 for the counter, each with a camera. Ateliq runs in a browser, and we supply and set up the screens as part of the service.

How does Ateliq connect to our catalogue?

Connect a Shopify store or upload a product sheet. Ateliq removes the background from your own product photos, so every piece on the mirror is the piece in your catalogue, and it keeps new stock and sold-out pieces in step.

Can the stylist carry our brand's name?

Yes. Each brand names its own stylist, sets its accent colour and its social handles. Shoppers greet the stylist by that name, and the product name stays behind the glass.

Who builds Ateliq?

Ateliq is built on Nagent, an agent platform. The stylist, trend scout, designer, marketer, sales assistant and analyst are agents that work within the limits each brand sets.
